Who We Are
Registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria under Reg. No: 8455898, Olive Alpha Integrated Solutions Limited (“Olive Alpha”) develops, acquires, and operates a portfolio of media, education, and commerce platforms. The business was co-founded by Adegboyega Joshua Adedeji, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer.
While Olive Alpha is a new corporate vehicle, it rests firmly on the foundation laid by our sister firm, Kingdom Pathwalker Inspirationals, which originally created many of the platforms we now own and manage. Olive Alpha has assumed full ownership and day-to-day operations to unify strategy, improve governance, and scale these solutions sustainably.
